2020 was a great change for us all, with lockdowns and tiers.
Way back in April last year, we as Plumbers were deemed an essential service by the UK Government, we restricted our work to essential only works which like many meant less work, but we have tried to keep busy helping those most at need. We have been there to help and will continue to do so.
We are working as best to covid regulations, by wearing a mask when indoors and adhering to a 2m distance or more where ever possible.
Please note due to the nature of the job, there may be times when we can not maintain social distance.
We will ask on arrival if you’d like us to wear a mask, if we can not maintain distance then you should say yes without doubt, otherwise please keep a distance to protect us and you, if there is anyone in the household at a high risk, please advise as we’ll wear a mask at all times or advise you to shield the household member in another room while we complete the works.
The need to wear a mask has to also be balanced with the requirements of the plumber to breath during their works, which is a personal call when doing a hard manual job, sometimes it is not easy or possible wearing a mask while needing to breath heavy. This may put us all in danger so again please keep your distance as much as possible. Your safety and our safety is our priority and together we will get through this.
